Samuel Arthur Paul is the second generation pastor with a richheritage in the things of the Spirit. He is in the Pastoral team ofGrace Gospel Church andworks with his Father andApostle of the ministry (Grace Gospel Mission). The present move of Godhas brought Samuel into a deeper understanding of living in the Kingdom Principle. Jesus lived with this principle by onlydoing what He saw HisFather doing. Learning to recognize the Holy Spirit's presence, and how to follow His lead will enable us to do the works of Christ, destroying the works of the devil. Healing and deliverance must become the common expression of this gospel of power once again.

Samuel and Grace Gospel Church family have taken on this theme for life and ministry. Healings, ranging from cancer to broken bones, to depression to oppression of the enemy, deliverance and healing, and the dead being raised as if from sleep is a common sight. And these works of God are not limited to church services. The church is learning how to take this anointing to the schools, workplace, and neighborhoods and nations with similar results. Samuel teaches us to move in the Signs and Wonders following the Word, and that a Gospel without power is not the Gospel that Jesus preached.

Samuel is the founder of Asia Evangelical Association which is a major church plant ministry in Asia, birthed through Grace Gospel Church. Together they serve a growing number of churches that have partnered for revival. This apostolic network has crossed denominational lines in building relationships that enable church leaders to walk in both purity and power.

Samuel also serves as a consultant to Samaritians Purse’s Operation Christmas Child organisation in the deepening and development of ministry strategy, training, spiritual support, and encouragement - Establish relationships with national church leaders to facilitate the deepening of the implementation of the strategies In the spirit of revival, Samuel desires to facilitate unity in body of Christ by bridge-building and networking congregations and ministries in divine cooperation. Praying for Israel is a burden of his heart, as Israel fulfills her role in the consummation of the ages.

Samuel has been in the ministry since he was 11 years old and lives together with all his four younger brothers and parents who all serve the kingdom of God as one family in Bangalore the Garden city of India.
